Job Summary
This Account Manager role in Egypt offers a fantastic opportunity for a sales representative to both support existing sales and drive new projects using Buckman’s unique technologies and customer relationship management programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts to ensure positive operating profit, identifying and achieving sales targets, and providing essential customer service. Key expectations include demonstrating technical competence, identifying continuous improvement projects with clear ROI, and coaching field representatives. The role requires independent work supported by colleagues across the EMENA region.
Must Have
- Successful selling experience in Paper & Packaging chemical sales (5 Years)
- Specific training in Paper Chemistries necessary
- Bachelor’s degree a must
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Managing accounts by focusing on positive operating profit
- Identifying and achieving sales targets and forecasts
- Providing customers with required service and support
- Demonstrating and selling technical competence
- Identifying continuous improvement projects and showing clear ROI
- Coaching, training and mentoring field representatives & technical representatives
- Running trials and making sure trials’ evaluation plans are done
- Ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Managing inventories to a practical minimum

You will be able to work independently whilst will having support from your colleagues located across the EMENA region.

- Providing customers with required service and support to develop our position while delivering the budgeted profitability
- Taking proactive approach in demonstrating and selling technical competence and identifying continuous improvement projects and showing clear ROI
- Coach, train and mentor the field representatives & technical representatives within your assigned key accounts
- Running trials and making sure trials’ evaluation plans are done
- Ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Manage inventories to a practical minimum.
