Lead the development of CyberArk EPM MAC Agent, acting as a leadership authority for your team. Focus on professional growth, recruiting, and training new members. Be responsible for the overall design, development, architecture, security, and production. Possess deep product knowledge and collaborate with product managers and owners to deliver features from requirements to production.

Good To Have:

Experience in Linux or MAC OS.
BSc in computer-science/engineering.

Must Have:

Lead development of CyberArk EPM MAC Agent.
Lead and mentor a team of at least 4 developers.
Oversee design, development, architecture, security, and production.
Possess deep knowledge of products and customer usage.
Collaborate with product managers and owners to deliver features.
4+ years hands-on software development experience.
2+ years experience as a team leader.
Excellent knowledge in Swift or C++.
Proven Agile experience.
Proactive, highly motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Possess a security mindset and ability to think like an attacker.
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability.
Capable of thoroughly understanding complex system aspects.
Innovator by nature, thinking out of the box.
Ability to identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and challenges.
Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance.
Team player, highly motivated, with a can-do approach.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on experience in software development.
2+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 4 developers
Excellent knowledge in Swift or in C++
Proven Agile experience
Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Security mindset and the ability to think like an attacker.
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
Innovator by nature. Thinking out of the box.
Ability to identify and manage risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time, and finding solutions to resolve them.
