React Developer

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled React Developer to design, develop, and enhance web applications using React.js and related technologies. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to create innovative, high-performance user interfaces that meet business needs. Your expertise will contribute to the development of scalable, maintainable, and responsive applications, supporting the company’s goal of delivering high-quality digital solutions to clients.

Software Requirements

• Required Software Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of React.js and Redux for building dynamic user interfaces
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Preferred Software Skills:
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or other React ecosystem tools
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha

Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend teams to develop responsive and engaging front-end solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable React code that aligns with project standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend applications for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new tools and techniques.
• Assist in documentation of technical specifications and user interfaces.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in React and web technology landscapes.

Experience Requirements

• Experience with testing frameworks and ensuring code quality.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Keep abreast of new trends, tools, and best practices in React and frontend development.
• Document technical decisions, components, and workflows for future reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Additional certifications in React.js, JavaScript frameworks, or frontend development are a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on frontend trends.
