Se busca un perfil de Arquitecto / Ingeniero para incorporarse al área técnica de Transacciones inmobiliarias, como Consultor.
- Persona proactiva, flexible, con capacidad de trabajo, con muchas ganas de aprender del sector inmobiliario en un entorno dinámico y multidisciplinar. Participará en proyectos de Real Estate de diversa índole.
- Arquitecto / Ingeniero (Industrial o Edificación)
- Inglés nivel muy alto
- Experiencia requerida: 1-2 años
- Buen manejo de Excel y Powerpoint.
- Valorable experiencia en varios de estos aspectos:
- Conocimiento de normativas, realización de Due diligence técnicas y medioambientales
- Gestión de proyectos y contratos, preferiblemente en proyectos internacionales
- Experiencia previa en obra;
- Conocimientos de BIM
- Conocimientos de eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad; acreditaciones LEED, BREEAM o Passivhaus.
