The Record to Analyze Process Expert role is based within the BSv organization. This role leverages in-depth knowledge of one or more Record to Analyze processes such as record, report, and analyze. The expert will participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets for the team, delivering high-quality, cost-effective services that drive compelling business outcomes. They will support customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance practices, technologies, and methodologies, driving innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise entails processing transactions from non-complex to complex, resolving standard process-related issues, preparing and finalizing period-end activities, reporting, including interactions with Client's Financial Controllers, and performing reconciliations. This is an entry and mid-junior level position in a Finance Administration role, requiring a strong team player who can build good relationships with stakeholders. The individual should be able to act on their own initiative with regular supervision and know when to seek guidance or escalate.
