You'll collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process, actively sourcing candidates and providing a positive experience. Must have:

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as primary contact for candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Partner with recruiting and hiring managers.
  • Support recruitment initiatives like employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Lever.
  • Experience in fast-paced coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Overview

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Saronic, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying, engaging, and supporting top-tier candidates to fuel our company's growth. You will collaborate closely with our recruiting team and the company's hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process while actively sourcing candidates through various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel arrangements (if applicable), and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a high level of engagement and effective communication
  • Collaboration and Team Support: Partner closely with Recruiting and hiring managers to help build a world-class recruiting and candidate experience. Provide support for various recruitment-related initiatives, such as employer branding efforts, campus recruiting events, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Lever), ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment with many moving variables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in data management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
