The Recruiting Senior Analyst will focus on improving workforce performance and productivity through end-to-end recruitment, including talent identification, sourcing, and candidate screening for domestic and international markets. Responsibilities involve analyzing complex problems, interacting with peers and management, and managing candidate and requisition data. The role requires strong detail orientation, communication, critical thinking, and problem management skills, and may involve rotational shifts.

  • Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pool
  • Perform data mining for additional candidates
  • Support candidate intake and process electronic candidate profiles/applications
  • Develop list of candidates to be screened
  • Perform automated scoring exercise (IVR) and review results
  • Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition) 3. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 3. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) Automated Candidate Screening - Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Perform automated scoring exercise (Candidate takes IVR test, we to review results of IVR test via listening to specific questions, Derive the results on the basis of IVR test via listening to specific questions and Forward results of candidates meeting criteria to Staples representatives for future consideration) Recruitment Administration & Analytics: Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis - Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes.
