  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers for alignment and smooth operations.
  • Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support role.
  • Strong skills in interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate communication, interview logistics, and hiring operations.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good relationship management and collaborative skills when working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Adaptable and proactive in supporting recruiting priorities and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

About the Role

The Recruitment Coordinator is an essential cog within the Recruitment wheel at GoTo, taking care of our candidates and being the bridge between them and our internal stakeholders. Ensuring exceptional candidate experience is our top priority. In this role, you'll effectively shorten the overall time from the first conversation to the completion of the recruitment process. You'll do this by managing the selection process schedule in its entirety on a daily basis, ensuring the rapid progression of recruitment stages, and periodically analyzing data to identify what’s working and what isn’t to contribute to process improvement. You'll have ample opportunity to flex and hone your stellar interpersonal communication abilities, collaborate with people from a wide range of backgrounds and interests, and represent one of the most coveted brands in Southeast Asia.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
  • Support Talent Acquisition and hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with generating reports or tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure alignment and smooth recruitment operations.
  • Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support role (preferably in-house).
  • Strong skills in interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate communication, interview logistics, and hiring operations.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

The gist of our role is to be a strategic recruiting partner in acquiring exceptional talent to further scale GoTo. We source and hire world-class technical minds who will build the business by solving everyday problems with technology.
