Role Purpose

To undertake the headquarters' channel marketing strategy, formulate regional channel marketing plans, track their execution, identify business opportunities, and solve problems to promote the achievement of sales targets.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

1. Regional business analysis and planning

  • Fully communicate with the category marketing team to clearly understand headquarters' strategies and plans.
  • Deeply interact with regional managers to understand regional conditions and needs.
  • Consolidate headquarters' plans and localize them into regional plans.
  • Regularly review business structure analysis, identify business opportunities, and solve problems.

2. Resource integration, allocation, and budget management

  • Responsible for allocating activity resources within the region.
  • Ensure activities are executed within budget, including but not limited to channel expenses and marketing expenses.
  • Maximize activity investment ROI.

3. Channel strategy dissemination, on-site execution, and feedback

  • Communicate and deploy channel strategies and activity plans to regional/city sales managers at all levels.
  • Track store execution (e.g., main shelf display, secondary display, product distribution, store expansion, etc.).
  • Provide regional execution feedback to headquarters and offer regional business insights.

4. Sales forecasting

  • Collect/summarize TSM's monthly sales forecasts, review regional sales forecasts.
  • Ensure sales forecast execution.

5. Design/planning/implementation of regional activities

  • Develop localized or customer-specific activities based on customer/shopper needs and market changes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business administration or related majors.

Working Experience:

  • More than 5 years of actual sales or channel marketing experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Some sales experience is preferred.

Professional Knowledge/Skill:

  • Knowledge of China market operations, marketing, and regulations.
  • Good understanding of FMCG client operations.
  • Knowledge of sales management, regional management, supply chain management, and merchandising.

Computer & Language Skill:

  • Proficient in computer and common office software.

  • Organizational, planning, and communication and coordination skills.
  • Rigorous logical thinking and analytical judgment skills.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability to complex situations.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Professional sales techniques and modern channel negotiation skills.
