Regular QA Engineer

Our customer is a top-tier investment bank. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly professional environment with high-level financial instruments. The Regular QA Engineer will be responsible for testing and validating RPA systems to ensure quality standards, analyzing and executing test cases, reporting and monitoring issues, and analyzing business and technical requirements. The role involves ensuring testing activities align with strategy and plan, adhering to best practices, and maintaining accurate reporting.

Must Have

• Test and validate RPA systems to ensure they meet quality standards
• Analyze, design and execute test cases and test scripts
• Report and monitor issues
• Analyze business and technical requirements
• Ensure that testing activities are being conducted in accordance with the testing strategy and plan
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and testing standards
• Maintain timely, accurate and effective reporting
• Ability to create and execute test plans and test cases
• Good knowledge of manual testing concepts
• Good knowledge of frontend automation testing framework (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright etc.)
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts (any programming language)
• Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools, preferably Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 2 years of previous experience as QA in software development projects, preferably with RPA systems

Good to Have

• Experience in Agile projects/ Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with RPA tools, BluePrism would be a big plus
• ISTQB certification
