This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between organizational vision and project execution, leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities include program planning, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, planning and execution, change management, and conflict resolution. The company uses its flagship processing platform, Zeta Tachyon, to enable banks and fintechs in launching future-ready banking products. Must Have
- Advanced project planning and delivery expertise
- Technical background with hands-on experience in tech stacks (preferably Java, Spring boot, Postgresql)
- Strong experience with project management tools (preferably JIRA)
- Strong understanding of scrum and agile methodologies
- Cross-functional coordination and business judgment skills
- Experience with reporting and dashboards for project management
- Excellent communication skills
- 8+ years software industry experience
- 4+ years managing large cross-functional product development projects
- 2+ years managing P&L for a SaaS Product

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Program Planning: Align programs with the organization's strategic objectives and business goals. Clearly define the scope of the program, including deliverables and outcomes. Establish clear and measurable program objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with all stakeholders for smooth and successful execution of the program.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues that may impact the program's success.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members.
- Planning and Execution: Develop and manage the program schedule, setting realistic timelines and milestones.
- Change Management: Implement effective change control processes to manage alterations to the program scope and schedule. Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and challenges within the team to maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Project Planning and Delivery: Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of end to end project planning and project delivery
- Experience with any tech stacks: Must be from a technical background and have hands-on experience with any tech stacks (preferably Java, Spring boot and Postgresql). Preferably a PMP or Agile PM certification.
- Project Management tools: Strong hands-on experience on any project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Smartsheets, OKR management software, Kanban, (preferably JIRA) etc
- Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of scrum and agile methodologies, sprint planning etc.
- Cross-functional coordination: Exercise good business judgment skills to find short-term solutions working cross-functionally for difficult/tricky engineering problems while not sacrificing the long term goals.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Experience working with tools to manage schedule, and risks of ongoing projects and provide reports to management
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, somebody who can understand the business problem/domain fast and articulate problem/solution to different audience types (technical/business). Obsessive ownership towards individual and team goals and does it right
Experience and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software industry experience with 4+ years of experience managing large cross-functional product development projects from inception to launch seeing the full lifecycle with a deep understanding of product requirements with customer interaction
- 2+ years of experience managing P&L for a SaaS Product Experience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products and people management is a strong plus
- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering + Graduate Business Degree (MBA or equivalent)
