Job Description

The Remote Secretary (German Language Expert) will provide administrative support to top leadership within Bosch's Translation and Language Services team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling communication, organizing travel and documents, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent written and spoken German (C2 level). Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams is required. This role involves working within a multilingual team and supporting various functions within the Bosch Group.

Job Description

Translation and Language Services team is part of the BGSW, primarily serving customers within BOSCH Group. We are a young and motivated team working in multi-lingual environment with customers across the globe. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Secretary to provide administrative support to the top leadership from various functions. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communication, organize travels and documents, and assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will join a team of talented language professionals who work tirelessly to enable Bosch World to collaborate effortlessly by breaking language barriers.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream
  • C2 level of German (Native/near native language skills preferred)

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, expense tracking, and event coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Use cloud-based collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams etc.) for efficient communication.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and teams as needed.
  • Other activities as identified by customers

Required Skills

  • Excellent Written and Spoken German
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.
  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in virtual collaboration tools
  • Self-driven, result oriented and adaptive learner
  • Solution oriented, quick turnaround time
  • Ambitious, thrive in dynamic work environments

Experience

  • 3-5 Years of experience as a secretary
  • Overall up to 12 years of industry experience
