Job Summary
This role as Category Manager for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at Bosch India involves defining and tracking the PPE market, developing product and portfolio strategies, and enabling sales channels. Key responsibilities include onboarding partners, defining dealer policies, and managing financial projections. The role requires strong exposure to product development and channel strategy, with a focus on Indian PPE regulations and customer behavior.
Must Have
- Define & track the PPE market size, growth, trends, & segmentation
- Identify key product categories & prioritize target segments/industries based on market opportunity
- Define & implement Bosch PPE range required to address target user demands & dealer acceptance
- Design product specs in line with brand’s design & quality standards & build partnership for engineering & mfg
- Onboard PPE channel partners across focus trade groups including direct engagement with large cos. & SMEs
- Define & implement dealer policy, trade marketing and channel promotion mechanisms
- Support development of channel training, onboarding modules, and retail sales support
- Build & deliver financial projections that align within brand’s cost structure & margin expectations
- Drive PPE execution charter & liason with leaders to solve impediments, keeping timelines sacrosant

Additional Information
Strong exposure to both product development and channel strategy.
Familiar with Indian PPE regulations, customer/buyer behavior and user preference
Exposure to working with global or premium brands is a strong advantage.
