• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Improving Customer Satisfaction for Field & Zero Km
• Project management & proto validation for various mobile application and attainment of KPIs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams
• Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments

B.E. Mechanical with 5 - 6 years of relevant Experience

Preferred Skills / Exposure:

1. In-depth Products Knowledge (Fault finding, trouble shooting, assembly, dis-assembly, Testing), 
2. Trouble shooting skills,
3. Adaptability & Communication skills
