Job Summary
Paytm, a leading mobile payments and financial services company in India, is seeking a professional for Revenue Assurance & Financial Operations. The role involves conducting regular reconciliations of transaction data, identifying and investigating revenue discrepancies, and implementing controls to prevent revenue leakage and fraud. Responsibilities also include managing daily financial operations, supporting month-end closing processes, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with digital transactions, implementing internal controls, and supporting audits. The individual will analyze large datasets, prepare performance reports, and utilize financial software like Excel and SQL. Compliance with fintech industry regulations and timely regulatory reporting are also key aspects of this role.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and controllership
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Assurance
- Proficiency in ERP tools, specifically SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
Good to Have
- CA / Semi Qualified / Graduate in Finance
- Accounting, financial analysis, MIS and reporting
- Managing Auditors
