Job Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst will work on planning, coordinating, and implementing sales operation strategies and processes. This involves analyzing sales data, forecasting sales and pipelines, setting targets and quotas, enforcing sales training and development programs, and streamlining sales processes to improve efficiency. This role focuses on sales and operations controlling at Vizrt, developing reports, tools, and dashboards to provide actionable analytical support for business units. Responsibilities include providing intelligence to the leadership team, analyzing KPIs, growth trends, and pricing, developing and following up on initiatives to boost performance, participating in forecast meetings, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, providing database support for subscription models, ensuring data quality, improving reporting processes, and supporting sales budget and business plan processes.

The Revenue Operation Analyst works with planning, coordinating, and implementing sales operation strategies and processes. They drive activities such as analyzing sales data, sales and pipeline forecasting, setting targets and quotas, enforcing sales training and development programs, and streamlining sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

The Revenue Operation Analyst will be responsible for sales and operations controlling at Vizrt. The role will develop reports, tools, dashboard and provide actionable analytical support of the operations for the business units within the group

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intelligence to the leadership team – optimizing the results
  • Perform detailed analysis of KPI’s, growth trends, pricing, cost development with suggested actions for improvement
  • Develop and follow up on initiatives to increase performance in the commercial organization, report outcomes to Commercial and RevOps management team
  • Participate in forecast meetings with the sales team and ensure proper actions to meet targets are set; drive follow up actions and assess success
  • Build and maintain relevant reports and dashboards for the leadership and sales team, support the leadership and sales team in usage of the reporting tools
  • Provide database to move customer to subscription model
  • Secure data quality and CRM solutions consult the sales team on data and PL quality and follow up on maintenance
  • Improve and simplify reporting processes. Prepare reporting for monthly reports, board presentations, employee & customer meetings, pipeline reviews and forecast calls
  • Support and drive parts of the sales budget and business plan processes
  • Follow up sales and marketing campaigns Super user for Salesforce to support Sales Organization and to test new solutions and processes
