Job Description

Vizrt is seeking a Legal/Commercial Placement Student to join their team for a 13-month placement starting July 1st, 2026. This role involves supporting the legal team with commercial contracts, corporate secretarial matters, NDA processes, and legal research. The ideal candidate will be in their penultimate year of an LLB Law Degree, working at a 2:1 or above, and available to work in the UK with a hybrid office presence.
Must Have:
  • Support the reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts and other documents
  • Support in managing corporate secretarial (CoSec) matters
  • Attend customer meetings to gain insight into negotiations
  • Manage the global NDA process
  • Conduct legal research to support the lawyers
  • Studying for an LLB Law Degree and in your penultimate year of university
  • Available to start the 13-month placement on July 1st 2026
  • Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the placement year
  • Working at a 2:1 or above in your degree so far
  • Ability to come into the office minimum 3x a week

Requirements

  • Studying for an LLB Law Degree and in your penultimate year of university
  • Available to start the 13-month placement on July 1st 2026
  • Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the placement year
  • Working at a 2:1 or above in your degree so far
  • The ability to come into the office minimum 3x a week
  • Good communication skills
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Be inquisitive, with a desire to learn
  • Work well in a team and independently
