Job Description
CRED is looking for a Risk Operations professional to drive time-bound risk operational activities, including policy execution and portfolio reporting. The role involves developing and governing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for risk and collections, managing multiple stakeholders, and identifying/implementing new processes with clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and metrics. The ideal candidate will foster a continuous improvement culture by automating manual tasks and creating monitoring controls. This position requires leading business-critical activities to ensure timely delivery and support for team members, with a focus on process improvement and tech architecture updates. Must have:
- 2-4 years ops experience in NBFCs/Fintechs
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- 2 years experience with tech and risk teams
- Manage prioritization and risk tasks

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Databricks

what will you do:
- driving the overall time bound risk operational activities and its KPIs, activities involving policy execution/underwriting, portfolio reporting, etc
- developing, implementing and governing KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs (risk, collections, partner), providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all activities
- managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external) for ensuring end objective delivery requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
- identifying and setting up new processes by working with multiple cross-functional teams
- designing SOPs and metrics of the new processes being set up
- driving continuous improvement culture by identifying process gaps, automating manual error points and creating monitoring and corrective controls
- leading business critical high impacting activities and ensures they are delivered within planned timelines and with expected measurable output
- supporting team members as-needed to improve processes, provide project intervention and coaching, etc
- updating SOPs and metrics basis performance analysis of the running processes, support in team tech architecture revamp/upgradation.
you should apply if you have:
- 2-4 years of ops experience in NBFCs/Fintechs with strong stakeholder management experience
- 2 years of min experience working with tech and risk teams
- experience managing prioritization, risk tasks keeping user experience and business requirements in the picture
- track record of employee development (including an emphasis on selection and retention)
- ability to build relationships and influence others without authority
- ability to identify gaps and communicate with tech, product, risk, business, and leadership
- proficiency in excel, google sheets, SQL, tableau, databricks
- strong written and verbal communication skills
