As a Customer Advisor (Rituals Advisor), you will be part of our mission, helping customers discover the magic of our products and creating a unique atmosphere for them in their daily hustle. Every customer is special to us, and your skills will make them feel cared for and inspired. You will create unforgettable customer experiences using our 'water island', offering personalized advice and helping them choose ideal products. You will also be responsible for active sales, supporting the team in achieving sales results, maintaining the aesthetics and order in the salon, and collaborating closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve set goals.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and be customer service oriented
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and tidy
  • Willingness to work part-time, including most weekends, considering shopping mall hours

What will be your tasks?

  • Creating unforgettable customer experiences using our “water island”, offering them personalized advice and helping them choose ideal products.
  • Active sales and supporting the team in achieving sales results.
  • Maintaining the aesthetics and order in the salon, in accordance with our standards.
  • Adhering to workplace safety rules.
  • Close cooperation with the Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve set goals.
