Job Description

• Assuming safety technical support in accordance with occupational safety guidelines and operational requirements.
• Conducting regular inspections, audits, and accompanying external audits.
• Supporting the creation and documentation of risk assessments and establishing suitable protective measures.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating safety documentation and reports.
• Planning and conducting training and instructions, as well as advising management, executives, and employees on occupational safety regulations and measures.
• Further developing and implementing concepts for the continuous improvement of safety and health protection.
• Investigating and evaluating work accidents and developing preventive measures.
• Communicating and coordinating with authorities, professional associations, and company doctors.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a technical, craft or scientific profession (e.g., master craftsman, technician, engineer) or
• Completed studies in engineering, safety technology, occupational safety, environmental protection or a comparable field.
• Further training as a Safety Specialist / Safety Officer through professional associations or other approved educational institutions (alternatively, we will gladly support you with the corresponding further training) SifA.
• Career changers are also welcome! We offer comprehensive support and guidance during your training as a safety specialist.
• Independent, results- and goal-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• National willingness to travel (e.g., Berlin, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
• Driver's license class B (desirable).
