As a Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that welcomes our customers and represents the heart of our brand. You will have the opportunity to offer high-quality service at all times. From initiating conversations with customers to service at the checkout, in the fitting rooms, and throughout the store, you will make a fundamental contribution to improving the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include managing deliveries, restocking sold items, and displaying new arrivals on the sales floor.
Your role is essential for creating a welcoming shopping experience that highlights the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide our customers on their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to inspire and motivate them. Together, collaborating with your team, you will create moments that matter. Having experience in customer service and knowing fabrics is a plus; however, it is not mandatory.

The role is a fixed-term (3 months), part-time 16 hours per week over 4 working days (shifts are between 7 AM and 8 PM).
