YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Advisor, you play a central role in creating a unique customer experience. The interplay of your actions and our values contributes to your own success and to the success of H&M.
Your tasks:
- You greet our customers, guide them through the store, and support them with your trend and product knowledge to find what they need.
- Together with your team, you ensure that the sales floor and backstage area are always stocked, organized, and inviting.
- You can be yourself and thus positively represent the H&M Group.
