Representation: You are a product expert for Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying informed about the latest developments and trends

Customer Service: You understand the needs and preferences of each customer and offer individualized solutions that meet their requirements, such as providing information on the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience

Support: You guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, delivery timelines, and serve as a trusted advisor who addresses all questions, concerns, or objections

Sales Experience: You provide your customers with an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations and build long-term relationships with them
