Com quem você vai trabalhar?
A equipe Comercial da Wabtec está comprometida em superar as expectativas dos nossos clientes, atendendo suas necessidades com agilidade e competência. Você vai trabalhar diretamente com a Gerência e com um time interno de 6 pessoas. Vai interagir com outros departamentos como Logística, Produção, PCP, Qualidade, Engenharia e Comunicação. Haverá interação diária com Representantes Comerciais e clientes da América Latina. Fará suporte ao marketing, participando de reuniões com agências de publicidade, editoras, organizadoras de eventos, influencers digitais, equipes e pilotos de competição, etc...
Como você fará a diferença?
Como membro da equipe do Comercial, você será responsável pelo atendimento dos clientes do exterior e do Brasil (vendas equiparadas a exportação), analisando suas necessidades, negociando novos pedidos e novos produtos. Você fará viagem nacionais e internacionais para participar de reuniões, feiras e eventos. Será responsável pelo processo de exportação do começo ao fim. Vai atuar ativamente em todas as ações de marketing e de comunicação do Aftermarket da empresa.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
- Formação em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais e areas afins;
- Desejável conhecimento dos segmentos de moto peças ou autopeças;
- Experiência em Comex e Vendas.
- Espanhol fluente;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Desejável conhecimento em design gráfico digital.
Como será o seu dia a dia?
- Você vai interagir no exterior com clientes e representantes comerciais.
- Fará a gestão dos pedidos dos clientes do exterior e clientes do Brasil que exportam nossos produtos para outros países.
- Fará todo o processo de exportação, interagindo com agentes aduaneiros, coworkers e empresas logísticas internacionais.
- Vai se relacionar com agências de publicidade, fornecedores de brindes, designers gráficos, editoras, empresas de mídia digital, organizadores de eventos. Fará viagens nacionais e internacionais representando nossa empresa e marca.
