The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy targeting corporate and premium clients in the European market, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. Key responsibilities include selling packages for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, building strong client relationships, proactive lead generation, and accurate Salesforce reporting. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills, along with established relationships with key corporate clients. International travel is required.

  • Fluent in French or English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM (Salesforce) proficiency

LE RÔLE                 

Ce poste requiert un professionnel de la vente dynamique, compétiteur et travailleur, avec une expérience réussie dans le sport professionnel et/ou dans des événements multinationaux à grande échelle. Ce poste représente l'une des fonctions clés chargées d'aider l'organisation à atteindre ses objectifs financiers tout en offrant les plus hauts niveaux de service client aux entreprises clientes et aux acheteurs de forfaits premium.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES

Responsabilités principales

  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale/prospection auprès des clients corporate et acheteurs premium sur le marché européen avec un focus sur la clientèle High Net Worth et sur les marchés GAS (Allemagne, Autriche, Suisse).
  • Vendre des forfaits billets/hospitalité/hébergement pour les Jeux olympiques d'hiver de Milan-Cortina 2026 afin d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus individuels, d'équipe et de produits spécifiques.
  • Établir des relations commerciales efficaces avec les entreprises et les clients Premium dans toute la région afin de maintenir un solide pipeline d'affaires et de prospects.
  • Les ventes seront stimulées par des activités de prospection proactives, notamment des appels téléphoniques sortants, des courriels, des événements et des réunions liés aux ventes.
  • Sur la base des tendances et des données du marché, proposer une stratégie de vente (et si nécessaire, des modifications au cours du cycle de vente) pour maximiser les ventes et la marge dans la région.
  • Assurer une parfaite gestion du CRM, la qualification des leads, le reporting des ventes et une stratégie de vente incitative/cross-sell post-vente extrêmement solide.
  • Assurez-vous que les rapports Salesforce sont précis à 100 % et peuvent être utilisés à toutes fins de reporting interne.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec les départements On Location en Europe et aux États-Unis.

VOYAGE

Doit s'adapter à l'horaire de travail et de déplacement et être disponible pour voyager pour le travail, ce qui peut inclure des heures de travail prolongées la nuit, le week-end et les jours fériés. Des voyages internationaux peuvent être nécessaires tout au long de l'année, y compris des périodes prolongées de travail à distance dans les bureaux locaux des villes hôtes.  Ce poste peut nécessiter quelques déplacements dans les territoires européens et aux Etats-Unis. Un passeport valide est obligatoire.

En plus de ce qui précède, le candidat doit avoir les éléments suivants :

Éducation et/ou expérience, connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises :

  • Diplôme Universitaire
  • Entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience en vente dans le domaine du sport et/ou de l'hôtellerie.
  • La maîtrise du français ou de l'anglais est obligatoire et une langue supplémentaire (idéalement l'allemand) serait un avantage certain.

 Éducation et/ou expérience, connaissances, compétences et capacités préférées :

  • Solides compétences en communication, en présentation et en rédaction.
  • Relations établies avec des entreprises clientes clés.
  • Expertise CRM Force de Vente et Excel, Powerpoint..
