Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident female Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry, to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent communication and persuasion skills, and be passionate about travel and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to potential customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
• Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain records of client communications and bookings using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on latest travel trends, destinations, and packages.
Candidate Requirements:
• Gender: Female
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in hospitality/travel/tourism industry.
• Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Anna Nagar, Chennai.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle pressure.
• Smart, presentable, and enthusiastic about the travel domain.
Working Hours:
Full-time | Monday to Saturday (timings to be specified by management)
Salary:
As per industry standards + incentives on sales performance.
