Morningstar China sales team is looking for enthusiastic, proactive students to support our sales operations and gain hands-on industry experience.
As a Sales Intern, you'll work closely with our sales professionals on client outreach, data management, and sales support activities. This role offers a unique chance to learn about the financial service industry while developing essential sales and communication skills.
We welcome students from all majors who are eager to learn, have strong interpersonal skills, and can commit to 3 months of internship.
Job Responsibilities
- Cooperate with sales staff in preliminary customer outreach, such as screening target customer lists, sending product introduction materials, and assisting in scheduling customer visits/meetings.
- Participate in sales support work, including organizing sales contracts, quotation sheets and other documents, following up on the progress of contract signing, and feeding back customer needs to the team.
- Assist in collecting industry and competitor information, such as organizing competitor prices, promotional activities, customer reviews, etc., and form simple analysis reports to provide references for sales strategies.
- Support the daily operation of the team, such as organizing sales meeting minutes, counting sales data (e.g., weekly/monthly sales volume, customer conversion rate), and assisting in preparing materials for sales activities.
- Complete other sales-related auxiliary work assigned by the supervisor and learn sales communication skills and customer service processes through practice.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Undergraduate or postgraduate student in school, major is not limited (majors such as Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade are preferred).
- Competencies:
- Possess good communication and expression skills, be proactive in personality, be willing to communicate with others, and have a sense of service.
- Have strong learning ability, be able to quickly understand product features and sales logic, and be willing to accumulate experience in the sales field.
- Be responsible, careful and rigorous in work, be able to complete assigned tasks on time, and have basic pressure resistance.
- Be proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and be able to perform basic data entry and form organization.
- Other Requirements:
- Have an interest in sales work and be willing to understand the financial services industry.
- No internship experience is required, but those with experience in organizing campus club activities or part-time promotion are preferred.
- Abide by the company's rules and regulations, obey the team arrangement, and be able to integrate into the team atmosphere positively.
