Trek Bicycle is a leading global manufacturer of innovative bicycles and accessories. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager for our store in Munich South. This role focuses on active sales, customer service, sales performance, and store organization. It offers significant personal responsibility for experienced sales talents to apply their expertise in daily store operations, including e-commerce order processing, visual merchandising, and marketing support.
Must have:
  • Responsibility for sales activities in the store, including customer retention, daily task implementation, and sales monitoring.
  • Processing and monitoring of all e-commerce orders, including shipping, packaging, returns, and exchanges.
  • Implementation of visual merchandising guidelines: product placement, price controls, and stock replenishment.
  • Collaboration with the Store Manager on new product selection and introduction.
  • Support in planning and implementing marketing measures and promotions with the Retail Marketing team.

To strengthen our team in the store in Munich South, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (all genders).

In this position, active sales are central. We are looking for a motivated personality with a strong focus on customer service, sales performance, and store organization. The role offers a lot of personal responsibility and is aimed at experienced sales talents who want to actively apply their know-how in daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for sales activities in the store, including customer retention, implementation of daily tasks, and sales monitoring
  • Processing and monitoring of all e-commerce orders considering inventory: shipping notifications, packaging, shipping, returns, and exchanges
  • Implementation of visual merchandising guidelines: product placement, price controls, and regular replenishment of merchandise
  • Collaboration with the Store Manager in the selection and introduction of new products
  • Support in planning and implementing marketing measures and promotions in collaboration with the Retail Marketing team; including success control and optimization

Profile:

  • Strong enthusiasm for bicycles and customer service
  • Several years of experience in retail, ideally in the sports or bicycle industry
