Trek Bicycle is seeking a motivated Salesperson (all genders) with Workshop Support for their Berlin Adlershof store. The role involves expert customer consultation, sales of bicycles and accessories, product presentation, and crucial technical support in the workshop, including repairs and new bike assemblies. Candidates should have a passion for sales, technical affinity for bicycles, and strong organizational and teamwork skills. Your tasks:

Sales of goods and services
Expert advice to our customers and creation of an unforgettable shopping experience
Presentation and handling of our products in the store
Support with workshop reception
Performing repairs and new bike assemblies

What you bring:

Passion for sales and direct customer contact
Enthusiasm for bicycles and technical affinity
Experience in retail and/or workshop knowledge is an advantage
