Job Description

Sequretek is seeking a competitive and trustworthy Sales Professional to drive business growth. The role involves discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting company expectations for rapid and sustainable growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales of Sequretek products and services, channel partner management, lead qualification, CRM updates, proposal creation, and achieving sales targets. This role requires 3-5 years of B2B hunting experience in IT/Cybersecurity/Cloud SaaS.
Must have:
  • Sell Sequretek products & services directly to end customer organizations in Manufacturing, IT/ITES, BFSI across Pune and Maharashtra.
  • Onboard and collaborate with channel partners to sell products & services.
  • Qualify sales leads from various sources.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, accounts, and lead conversions.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs, EoQs, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-sales Team for technical discussions, demonstrations, and PoCs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage booking, billing, and collections processes.
  • Represent Sequretek at marketing events.
  • Continuously learn and attend company training programs.
  • Report to the Head of Sales during reviews.
  • Develop relationships with CXO-level executives in target organizations.
  • Gather and report competitive intelligence to relevant teams.
  • Travel locally and regionally to meet prospects and customers.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant hunting experience in B2B enterprise (IT/Cybersecurity/Cloud SaaS).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong direct selling experience with end customer organizations.
  • Proficiency in Email, MS Office, and CRM software.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.
  • Excellent customer relationship & retention skills.
  • Good Hunting and Cold Calling sales experience.
Good to have:
  • Experience with onboarding channel partners or working with channel partners
  • Hunting experience in product sales for IT/Cybersecurity/Cloud SaaS markets & sectors

Job Brief & Responsibilities

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Professional to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To sell Sequretek products & services directly to selected end customer organizations in the Manufacturing, IT/ ITES, BFSI etc. across Pune and up country region in Maharashtra.
  • To onboard channel partners and work with them to sell products & services to their end customer organizations
  • To qualify leads generated by Inside Sales Representative/Marketing Campaigns/Channel Partner/Demand Generation initiatives (Sales Qualified Leads)
  • To update CRM with activities / account details / lead conversions, and reports for review purposes (Commit/Upside/Leads)
  • Create proposals according to the requirements mentioned by the customer / RFPs / RFQs / EoQs / Quotations, directly or through partners
  • Co-ordinate with Pre-sales Team for technical discussions / demonstration / Proof of Concept / Pilot / Technical Proposals to end customers
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, KPIs and other individual goals
  • The sales manager will be responsible for Booking, Billing, and Collections.
  • To attend Sequretek’s marketing events as a SPOC/presenter/booth representative (whenever organized)
  • While the sales manager is expected to do self-learning, the candidate should also attend training programs organized by Sequretek periodically
  • Sales manager shall attend and report to the Head of Sales, during the weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales reviews
  • Initiating and developing relationships with CXO level across target organizations
  • All Competition information should be passed on to Sales Head, and Marketing Teams – Product, Promotion, Pricing, other account/market-based strategies
  • Travel (as needed) mostly to local and nearby regions; to meet prospects and customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Bachelor Degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant hunting experience in a similar role at B2B enterprise/s (in IT/Cybersecurity/Cloud SaaS) Preference will be given for hunting experience in product sales for the above markets & sectors
  • The candidate should have achieved met sales targets in the previous roles. Referrals & Verifications as per company procedures will be done
  • Strong Direct selling experience with end customer organizations
  • Added advantage to the candidates who have previously worked with onboarding channel partners / worked with channel partners
  • Proficiency in Email, MS Office, and CRM software
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment
  • Excellent customer relationship & retention skills
  • Good Hunting and Cold Calling sales experience
