Job Summary
WebMD is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join its Operations team. This role involves proactively managing promotional sponsorships from sale through delivery and providing management with regular updates on program status. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proven ability to meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities include sales support, cross-team communication, project execution, and tracking program deliverables. The position requires becoming an expert in promotional products, managing campaign deliverable approvals, communicating goals and program elements to internal teams, tracking program status from sale to completion, and providing regular updates on changes in direction, guarantees, and deliverables.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or 4 years of relevant experience
- Media or digital work experience
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, accountable, and result-driven

Responsibilities:
- Becoming an expert in promotional suite of products

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related degree; or a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
