As a Sales Operations Associate Manager, you will be instrumental in refining sales data, processes, and operational efficiencies. Your role involves collaborating with business leaders to enhance the Go-To-Market model and provide strategic advice. Key responsibilities include supporting Sales Leaders with forecasting and operations, identifying and automating process inefficiencies, driving improvements in sales workflows for better efficiency and reduced leakage, overseeing contract operations for alignment across systems, tracking target attainment and revenue realization, optimizing sales operations for accurate forecasting and profitability analysis, evaluating and maintaining pricing structures, and managing project implementations from requirements gathering to post-deployment support. You will also design and configure custom solutions within the Salesforce toolset.

About the role

As a smart and scrappy problem solver, the Sales Operations Associate Manager will work in topics that range from high level Sales Strategy to the nuts and bolts of Sales Operations. He/She will help build and improve Sales data, processes, and operational efficiencies. The sales operations manager will also partner with business leaders and provide advice on how to improve our Go-To-Market model in each region.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as key support for Business Unit Sales Leaders from forecasting and operational perspective.
  • Work closely with business leaders to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in sales workflow (e.g., deal approval, pipeline tracking, cross-product bundling) to increase operational efficiency and reduce leakage.
  • Oversee end-to-end contract operations, ensuring alignment between Salesforce Opportunity data, report logic, service scope,and financial reporting.
  • Weekly and monthly tracking of Target attainment, backlog status, and revenue realization by consolidating data across Salesforce.
  • Own and optimize sales operations processes to support accurate revenue forecasting, cost assessment, and profitability analysis across New, Upsell, and Renewal deals.
  • Evaluate and maintain pricing structures, coordinating with Strategy, Product teams to ensure scalable, margin-sustainable deal models.
  • Manage and run all stages of project implementations from business and technical requirements gathering to post deployment support.
  • Design, develop and configure customized solutions using the full Salesforce toolset including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, etc


About you

[Minimum qualifications]

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence, or a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with a diverse, multi-disciplinary perspective supporting & driving commercial or operational initiatives.
  • Strong analytics and business acumen.
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills in oral and written communication.
  • Experience driving projects from start to finish.
  • Capability of working on cross-functional projects.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Customer service oriented and ability to partner with individuals at all levels.
  • Familiar with the use of Salesforce. 
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing sales operations and sales process enhancement projects. 
  • Perform well under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce with Salesforce Admin Certification
