Position: Commission-Only Referral Partner (Commission-Based)
Location: 100% Remote – Live Anywhere!
Role Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Commission-only – Earn $3,000+ Per Client Referred (No Cap on Earnings)

The Opportunity
We’re expanding our referral and outreach network and looking for people who love connecting with business owners and making introductions. This is a commission-only, independent contractor role with full flexibility – ideal for those who want to earn extra income on their own schedule.
You’ll earn $3,000+ for every client we close from your introduction, and we’re also open to paying per qualified lead if you prefer a steadier structure.
It’s a great fit for:
- Professionals already in sales, consulting, recruiting, or marketing who want to add a simple additional income stream
- Well-connected individuals (consultants, recruiters, coaches, VA agency owners, etc.) who regularly speak with U.S. business owners

What You’ll Do
- Identify U.S. business owners who could benefit from offshore hiring and remote team solutions
- Make introductions or book short intro calls with our internal sales team (no closing required)
- Use our scripts and materials to explain what we do and pre-qualify interest
- Log activity in our CRM (optional – we provide access if you want to track your leads)
- Collaborate with our founders and sales team for a smooth handoff once interest is confirmed
