Sales Planner
Job Summary
Job Description
The Sales Planner will work with the Sales team to understand client objectives and needs, develop a strong understanding of WebMD media products, assist the Sales team with RFPs and client facing decks, plan and reserve media, obtain creative/3rd party tags, develop internal relationships and effectively communicate program details to internal operation teams, provide ongoing campaign management to ensure revenue is maximized, and analyze and perform optimizations. The planner will also ensure the proper delivery of contracted goals/ program pacing and reporting.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or 7 years’ experience
- Ability to multi-task and function under pressure
- Understanding of advertising tags and reporting
- Proactive with strong customer service skills
- 1-3 years of media planning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of digital advertising trends
Good to have:
- Experience with Salesforce, DART, Sizmek, Prisma

Qualifications:

- Understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting
- Proactive, results-oriented with strong customer service skills
- 1-3 years’ experience in agency or publisher environment with media planning responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends and online media
- Salesforce, DART, Sizmek, Prisma experience a plus
