The Sales Representative will be responsible for planning, visiting, and following up with clients in the Chernivtsi region. This role involves understanding and communicating client needs, collaborating to increase and develop sales of Haleon products, and reporting to the regional manager. Key duties include executing promotional and business plans, achieving sales targets, presenting products, promoting new items, organizing meetings with healthcare professionals, maintaining partnerships with pharmacies, and planning effective territory coverage.
Must have:
  • Execution of promotional plans and territory business plans.
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and other key performance indicators for the territory.
  • Presentation and demonstration of Haleon products, and management of informational and promotional material placement.
  • Promotion of new products among clients.
  • Organization of individual and group meetings and conferences with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintenance of good relationships and development of long-term partnerships with pharmacy chains and pharmacists.
  • Planning and implementation of effective territory coverage and field visits.
  • Participation in the preparation of the business plan for the assigned region and territory.
  • Higher education.
  • Similar experience in healthcare or consumer goods.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Developed communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

About the Sales Representative role:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for planning, visiting, and following up with clients in the Chernivtsi region. You will play a key role in understanding and communicating client needs, as well as collaborating with them to increase and further develop sales of Haleon products. This role reports to the regional manager of the western region.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of promotional plans and territory business plans.
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and other key performance indicators for the territory.
  • Presentation and demonstration of Haleon products, and management of informational and promotional materials in accordance with the company's strategy and plan.
  • Promotion of new products among clients.
  • Organization of individual and group meetings and conferences with healthcare professionals to promote Haleon products.
  • Maintenance of good relationships and development of long-term partnerships on behalf of Haleon with pharmacy chains and pharmacists to support and promote Haleon products.
  • Planning and implementation of effective territory coverage and field visits.
  • Participation in the preparation of the business plan for the assigned region and territory.
