Job Description

Haleon is seeking a Virtual Consumer Propagandist Jr (Exclusive for People with Disabilities) to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role involves planning and executing visits to healthcare professionals, maintaining updated professional registrations, interpreting market information, participating in dental congresses, managing events for dentists, continuously improving product knowledge, understanding market audit tools, and engaging with Haleon's internal teams to support tactical plans. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong communication skills, and be dynamic and agile.
Must have:
  • Plan the frequency and execution of visits using professional segmentation for coverage analysis.
  • Keep professional registrations updated, ensuring key prescribers in your sector.
  • Interpret information on Haleon and competitor products from various channels (POS, pharmacies, clinics) for planning.
  • Participate in dental congresses promoting Haleon products.
  • Manage and ensure events for dentists in educational institutions according to district goals and strategy.
  • Constantly improve knowledge of Haleon and competitor products through materials and training.
  • Understand market audit productivity concepts and tools offered by Haleon for tactical planning.
  • Engage with Haleon areas (Marketing, training, TEC/REC, and commercial team) to assist in tactical plan execution.
  • High School Diploma
  • Sales experience, preferably as a propagandist.
  • Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dynamic, agile, and quick to learn profile
  • Availability to work in person (9 am to 6 pm) at Haleon office (Barra da Tijuca).

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan the frequency and execution of visits using the segmentation of each professional for coverage analysis;
  • Keep professional registrations updated, seeking to guarantee the main prescribers in your sector.
  • Interpret information about products and competitors obtained through various channels (POS, pharmacies, clinics) for planning;
  • Participate in dental congresses promoting products;
  • Manage and ensure the realization of events for dentists in educational institutions according to the goal and strategy outlined for the districts;
  • Constantly improve your knowledge about products and their competitors through materials and training developed by the company;
  • Understand the concepts and productivity tools about market audits offered by the company and use them to elaborate the tactical plan;
  • Engagement with the company's areas (Marketing, training, TEC/REC and commercial team) to assist in the execution of the tactical plan.

  • High School Complete; desirable Higher Education Complete or in progress;
  • Experience in sales, preferably as a propagandist, but also having worked in other segments;
  • Office Suite;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Dynamic, agile profile with ease of learning;
  • Availability to work in person (9 am to 6 pm) at the office (Barra da Tijuca).
