As a Sales Strategy Analyst (EMEAA) at CAE's Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, you will be a key contributor supporting the Business Aviation Training business across the EMEAA region. You will generate reports, identify insights through data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize system effectiveness and adoption. Additionally, you will support training activities and assist in the development of the sales strategic plan. You will also gather and analyze data to support the annual Sales target setting. This is a hybrid position based in Burgess Hill with a minimum of 2 days in the office, working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency including data modeling
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM

About This Role Join CAE’s Business Aviation Training team as Sales Strategy Analyst (EMEAA) at our Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. With 16 Flight Simulators on-site and an active live-training environment, you will be a key contributor supporting our Business Aviation Training business across the EMEAA region. The role we are offering you As a key member of the Revenue Management team, you will play a crucial role in providing the EMEAA Sales team with the strategic insights and data necessary to achieve their goals and measure performance. You will collaborate with business leaders at all levels to identify strategic priorities, uncover revenue opportunities, and develop scalable, actionable solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with the America team members to ensure alignment and harmonization of best practices. Key Job Responsibilities
  • Generate and update reports using Excel, Power BI and Salesforce
  • Identify insights and highlight opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Salesforce requirements and provide ongoing support to maximize system effectiveness and adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Commercial Excellence and deployment teams.
  • Support training activities during the Salesforce Lightning rollout.
  • Utilize Salesforce as a super user
  • Assist in the development of the sales strategic plan.
  • Gather and analyze data to support the annual Sales target setting.

Our ideal candidate:
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Brings 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Strategy Analyst or from a similar role.
  • Has advanced Excel proficiency, including data modeling, dashboard creation, data cleaning, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Has knowledge of Salesforce, or a comparable CRM.
