The ISS STOXX Index Sales Operations Team is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to drive day-to-day operational excellence and contribute to key organizational projects. This role will report to the ISS STOXX Index Sales Operations Manager and build collaborative relationships with various key stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing client reports, calculating fees for financial products, communicating with customers on reporting topics, preparing client reports for billing, reviewing customer contracts, ensuring compliance with audit and control requirements, and performing internal reporting. The analyst will act as a bridge between Sales Support, Sales, Finance teams, and customers.
Must have:
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (economics preferred)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Experience with legal documents/contracts
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Process-oriented working style
  • Interest in financial markets
  • Ability to work in a team
Good to have:
  • Basic knowledge of SQL

The ISS STOXX Index Sales Operations Team is responsible for multiple lead-to-cash functions that support business growth and key process enhancements. 

 

We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst to drive day-to-day operational excellence. The ideal candidate will become an orchestrator of various operational activities while contributing to key organizational projects. This role will report to the ISS STOXX Index Sales Operations Manager and build collaborative relationships with various key stakeholders across all divisions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Review client reports and calculate fees for financial products 

  • Communication with customers on reporting topics 

  • Preparation of client reports for billing 

  • Review of underlying customer contracts 

  • Compliance with ISS STOXX audit and control requirements 

  • Internal reporting 

  • Act as a bridge between Sales Support, Sales and Finance teams as well as customers 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 0-2 years of experience 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (economics preferred) 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) 

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.) 

  • Experience in working with legal documents/contracts 

  • Attention to detail and diligence 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Efficient and process-oriented working style 

  • Interest in financial markets industry 

  • Ability to work in a team 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (understanding of databases) 

  • Knowledge of SAP
