The ISS STOXX Index Sales Operations Team is responsible for multiple lead-to-cash functions that support business growth and key process enhancements.
We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst to drive day-to-day operational excellence. The ideal candidate will become an orchestrator of various operational activities while contributing to key organizational projects. This role will report to the ISS STOXX Index Sales Operations Manager and build collaborative relationships with various key stakeholders across all divisions.

Review client reports and calculate fees for financial products
Communication with customers on reporting topics
Preparation of client reports for billing
Review of underlying customer contracts
Compliance with ISS STOXX audit and control requirements
Internal reporting
Act as a bridge between Sales Support, Sales and Finance teams as well as customers
0-2 years of experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (economics preferred)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Experience in working with legal documents/contracts
Attention to detail and diligence
Strong analytical skills
Efficient and process-oriented working style
Interest in financial markets industry
Ability to work in a team
Basic knowledge of SQL (understanding of databases)
Knowledge of SAP
