Job Description

Accurate Background is seeking a proactive and adaptable Salesforce Administrator for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, supporting B2B and B2C functions. This role involves revamping permissions, managing license usage, and collaborating with developers. The ideal candidate will confidently navigate ambiguity, take ownership of diverse platform requests, and serve as the primary contact for user management, reporting, and data updates.
Must have:
  • Redesign and implement role-based permission groups and profiles to support secure and scalable user access.
  • Audit and optimize existing security groups, sharing rules, and permission structures to align with business roles and compliance standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a wide variety of Salesforce requests, including user management, issues, reporting, and data updates.
  • Manage and monitor Salesforce license usage, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with contractual limits.
  • Support Data Loader operations, including imports, exports, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to clarify requirements, test solutions, and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of team processes, documentation, and best practices in a fast-evolving environment.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with OwnBackup Archive or similar data storage/archiving tools
  • Experience with integrated applications such as Amazon Connect, Crossbeam, 6sense, Ironclad, Playvox, ASAPP or similar platforms

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in environments where processes are still being defined. This is an administrator role for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, supporting both B2B and B2C functions. It’s ideal for someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, ask clarifying questions, and take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities across these platforms. You’ll be the go-to resource for diverse platform requests, with a strong focus on revamping permissions, managing license usage, and collaborating with developers

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator required; Advanced Admin or Business Analyst certifications are a plus.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from$63000 - $94,00. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
