Must have:
  • Salesforce & Tosca Experience
  • 3+ years in test automation/QA
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Robot Framework
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI)
  • Familiarity with Git & CI/CD tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Role: Salesforce QA Automation Lead (Tosca)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in US)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Automation Test Engineer (Tosca) to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role requires strong technical skills in test automation frameworks, scripting, and continuous integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation Development (Tosca & Salesforce):
                     Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
                     Develop reusable and modular test automation components.
                     Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Test Planning & Execution:
                     Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
                     Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, and performance testing.
                     Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Defect Management & Reporting:
                     Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
                     Work closely with development teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement:
                     Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation.
                     Recommend and implement improvements to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
                     Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices.
Must Have Skills:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Salesforce & Tosca Experience is Must.
                     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
                     3+ years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
                     Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
                     Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
                     Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
                     Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
                     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
