Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to assist with reverse engineering an existing financial application and recreating it within Salesforce for a key client. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and strong technical skills to execute the project’s needs.
Must have:
  • Analyze existing financial application structure and functionalities.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations.
  • Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for detailed requirements.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Assist with data migration, integration, and deployment.
  • Prepare technical documentation and training materials.
  • Support end-users during rollout and ongoing support.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience reverse engineering legacy systems into Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and integration.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud
  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data integration tools
  • Familiarity with financial data security standards

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to assist with reverse engineering an existing financial application and recreating it within Salesforce for a key client. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and strong technical skills to execute the project’s needs.

This position is a hybrid role in NYC, candidates must be ok with hybrid model

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the existing financial application to understand its structure, data flow, and functionalities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical configurations and customizations within Salesforce.
  • Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure the solution aligns with business goals.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the solution’s functionality and performance.
  • Assist with data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Support end-users during rollout and provide ongoing support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a strong focus on financial or similar regulated industries.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, etc.).
  • Experience reverse engineering legacy systems and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and integration methods.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with financial data security standards.
