Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead the design and governance of our multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and integrations. This role demands hands-on Salesforce development skills and strategic architectural leadership using frameworks like TOGAF. You will collaborate across engineering, security, product, and operations teams to drive business-aligned outcomes, influencing enterprise scalability, data integrity, compliance, and digital transformation success.
Must have:
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop guiding principles, reference architectures, and blueprints for Salesforce implementations.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and review Salesforce implementations for multi-cloud (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, HealthCloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Define and oversee Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise patient management systems, cloud, and custom applications.
  • Guide the design of APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL processes.
  • Own the data modeling, governance, and quality strategies within the Salesforce platform.
  • Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance for Salesforce deployments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, product owners, architects, developers, and system admins.
  • Lead and mentor teams of Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Salesforce Architecture and Delivery.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading and delivering complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance.

  • Exposure to Finance, Insurance industries
  • Experience in leading consulting organizations
  • Designed and implemented enterprise architecture strategies aligned with TOGAF framework
  • Developed and maintained IT roadmaps and value streams
  • Delivered conceptual and solution architecture designs (CADs)
  • Participated in governance forums such as Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) and Technology Governance Boards (TGBs)
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and core declarative tools
  • Hands-on experience in cloud-native software development and modern DevOps practices
  • Proven track record working with secure systems handling sensitive data in regulated industries (Healthcare, Financial Services)
  • Strong background in data ingestion pipelines and external integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions
  • In-depth understanding of the Salesforce data lifecycle and alignment with reference architecture patterns
  • Led Salesforce multi-cloud transformations by integrating HealthCloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing cloud
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Certified in multiple industry-recognized frameworks and platforms, including TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture), Salesforce (multiple Architect certifications), and major cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud
  • Experience with health-care systems, like Electronic Health Records, Patient Management Systems

Job Details

Primary Duties

  • Architecture Strategy and Governance: Lead the creation and maintenance of the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap. Develop guiding principles, reference architectures, and blueprints that align Salesforce implementations with enterprise goals.
  • Solution Design and Oversight: Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. Architect and review Salesforce implementations for multi-cloud (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, HealthCloud, Marketing Cloud, and cross-functional programs.
  • Integration and Data Architecture: Define and oversee Salesforce integration patterns with enterprise patient management systems, cloud, and custom applications. Guide the design of APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL processes for secure and reliable data exchange. Own the data modeling, governance, and quality strategies within the Salesforce platform.
  • Platform Management and DevOps: Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance for Salesforce deployments.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, product owners, architects, developers, and system admins. Lead and mentor teams of Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Salesforce Architecture and Delivery across leading industries, including Healthcare.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading and delivering complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance, with a strong focus on sustainability and scalability.

Preferred KSA’s

  • Exposure to multiple industries such as Finance, Insurance, and working experience in leading consulting organizations.
  • Domain-Specific Experience
  • Salesforce Designed and implemented enterprise architecture strategies aligned with the TOGAF framework, ensuring scalable and efficient delivery models.
  • Developed and maintained IT roadmaps, value streams to align technology solutions with long-term business goals.
  • Delivered conceptual and solution architecture designs (CADs) and participated in governance forums such as Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) and Technology Governance Boards (TGBs) for solution governance.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform technologies, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and core declarative tools.

  • Certified in multiple industry-recognized frameworks and platforms, including TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture), Salesforce (multiple Architect certifications), and major cloud providers such as AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with health-care systems, like Electronic Health Records, Patient Management Systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
