The SAP SuccessFactors Manager will lead the implementation, optimization, and management of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, providing strategic guidance, technical direction, and team leadership to enhance HR digital transformation efforts. This includes overseeing end-to-end implementation and configuration, leading Employee Central module execution, defining and implementing best practices for integrations, driving business process improvements, providing strategic guidance to stakeholders, managing system upgrades, leading a team of consultants, ensuring seamless integration with other modules, and collaborating to enhance HR analytics and reporting. The role also involves staying updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommending future technology roadmaps. Must have:
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules
  • Strong understanding of HR technology, process automation, and compliance
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Hands-on system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Experience in cloud security, governance, and HR data privacy compliance

Job Description

We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Employee Central and other modules, providing strategic guidance, technical direction, and team leadership to enhance HR digital transformation efforts.

 

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Lead Employee Central module execution, including MDF objects, workflows, and data models
  • Define and implement best practices for SAP SuccessFactors integrations with HR systems
  • Drive business process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance
  • Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and executive leadership on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities
  • Manage system upgrades, release management, and performance optimization
  • Lead a team of consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, offering mentorship and support
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with payroll, time management, and benefits modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR analytics, reporting, and automation
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend future technology roadmaps

Primary Skills
