Job Description
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Employee Central and other modules, providing strategic guidance, technical direction, and team leadership to enhance HR digital transformation efforts.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Lead Employee Central module execution, including MDF objects, workflows, and data models
- Define and implement best practices for SAP SuccessFactors integrations with HR systems
- Drive business process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance
- Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and executive leadership on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities
- Manage system upgrades, release management, and performance optimization
- Lead a team of consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, offering mentorship and support
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with payroll, time management, and benefits modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR analytics, reporting, and automation
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend future technology roadmaps
