Job Description

The Scores Credit Bureau Alliances team establishes the strategic direction and executes the managerial priorities for FICO’s Scores Unit partnerships with the major credit bureaus in North America. This role will play a crucial part supporting the team, managing contract-related activities and coordinating administrative tasks related to the bureau relationships. This individual will focus on fostering relationship management, and associated servicing duties to maximize the revenue potential of these critical score distribution and data provision partners. The successful candidate will blend relationship management and administrative support skills with contract administration abilities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient contract management.
Good To Have:
  • Prior Credit Bureau/Banking experience
  • Prior experience with legal document management software
Must Have:
  • Generate standard documents as per bureau agreements, such as pricing letters and other correspondence, while ensuring adherence to legal requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner and collaborate with legal teams to facilitate the review and approval of routine/standardized correspondence.
  • Participates in internal and external meetings to assist with preparation, content and meeting records.
  • Maintain legal logs and monitor the completion of legal requests, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for publication, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Collaborate and interface with executive level leaders.

What You’ll Contribute

What We’re Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred (or relevant work experience).
  • Proven experience performing and managing business, vendor, and/or client relationships.
  • Prior Credit Bureau/Banking experience (Highly Preferred).
  • Prior experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Prior experience with contract administration.
  • Understanding of contract terms, legal review processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating executive presentations.
  • Prior experience with legal document management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $98,000 to $154,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
