Overview
We are looking for a proactive and adaptive Scrum Master to join our organization. This role is critical to the delivery of our product development team’s success, helping them embrace Agile principles and continuously improve ways of working.
As Doddle has recently joined Blue Yonder, we are on a journey of aligning our processes, standards, and tools with the wider enterprise ecosystem. This includes changes in governance, team collaboration, engineering quality, and tooling. In this evolving condition, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, discovery, and iteration to shaping our future ways of working.
Scope
Support a cross-functional software development team focused on delivering high-quality, scalable supply chain products.
Guide teams through Agile practices in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and emerging information.
Act as a servant leader and coach, helping teams build psychological safety, transparency, and ownership.
What you’ll do
Be a dedicated Scrum Master for 1–2 product development teams, supporting their day-to-day delivery.
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily stand-up, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective.
Ensure that product development teams are working efficiently and effectively, remove obstacles and champion team health.
Collaborate closely with the product owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, clearly prioritized and aligned with product outcomes.
Work with other Scrum Master & Agile Coach (via Scrum of Scrum and other synch) to maintain visibility on dependencies, share insight and align on cross-team improvements.
Foster stakeholder alignment, by ensuring transparency in goals, timelines, risks, and escalation to senior management.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and reflection, using team observations to suggest practical improvements.
Building relationships across teams-departments and support organizational agility by adapting practices to what best supports delivery & customer outcomes.
What we are looking for
Around 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in a software product development context.
Proven experience in helping teams deliver working software while handling evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements.
Strong understanding of Agile; Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to tailor practices to team maturity.
Servant-leader mindset; able to inspire teams and earn trust through integrity, empathy, and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to promote collaboration and shared ownership in cross-functional environments.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, ability to identify and mitigate risks-issues and coaching skills.
Familiarity with Agile delivery reporting tools (e.g., Jira dashboards, Confluence).
