Job Description
As the SDS Compliance Investigations Team Manager, you will supervise a team conducting sanctions screenings of Apple accounts. You'll oversee the team's performance, ensuring productivity and accuracy targets are met. This includes coaching, development, and managing daily operations. Responsibilities also involve conducting one-on-ones, team meetings, and development conversations with employees. You'll also lead calibration sessions, collaborate with SDS partners, and identify ways to improve customer experience.
In the SDS Compliance Investigations Team Manager role, you will be responsible for providing daily supervision of a Compliance Investigations team. The Compliance Investigations team conducts sanctions screenings of new and existing Apple accounts by utilizing internal systems, commercial databases, and public records. You will support the team by providing coaching and development and managing the daily execution of the business. Responsibilities include: Manage the performance of 13-15 Compliance Investigators and support their success. Drive team performance to meet or exceed targeted metrics for productivity and accuracy. Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings and development conversations with employees. Lead regular calibration sessions. Collaborate cross-functionally with SDS partners and peers. Identify innovative ideas to improve the experience of Apple customers.
