Job Description

This role requires a Search & PMAX Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients, working cross-functionally to plan, pitch, and execute advertising strategies. The specialist will deeply analyze client business objectives, develop holistic Search & Commerce strategies, and collaborate with various teams to drive account growth. Responsibilities include defining product improvements, tracking product adoption across multiple clients, developing and monitoring campaign strategies, optimizing spending and performance, testing and scaling new product launches, and identifying key stakeholders for cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product SME for customers and agencies.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business as a full-time Search & PMAX Specialist, working cross-functionally to plan, pitch and implement.
  • Deep-dive into the client’s business objectives and lead a holistic Search & Commerce strategy. 
  • Work with cross site and cross functional teams to drive short and long term account growth. Help product teams to improve products by identifying and defining the product improvements.
  • Deliver outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers by leading portions of projects that are integrated into overarching efforts including campaign strategy development and monitoring and optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer business objectives.
  • Tests and scale new product launches. Identify key stakeholders to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaborations.
