Job Description

The Search Solutions Expert at Google's gTech Ads Solutions will act as a trusted advisor to key Google Ads clients. Responsibilities include understanding client business challenges, developing media plans, implementing technical solutions, and building relationships with advertisers to drive business outcomes. This role requires partnering with the sales team, advocating for new product features, measuring campaign performance, and analyzing the value of Google's ad solutions. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish preferred. The ideal candidate possesses experience in digital marketing, campaign implementation, client relationship management, and data-driven problem-solving.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • 1+ year client relationship experience
  • Google Ads experience
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
Good to have:
  • Experience optimizing/troubleshooting products
  • Understanding of media landscape and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of Search Products
  • Data-driven approach
  • Ability to create performance-driving programs
  • Fluent in Spanish

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with digital campaigns and Google Ads.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Understanding of Media landscape and knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
  • Knowledge of Search Products, the performance advertising market or online ads landscape
  • Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers.
  • Ability to create programs to drive performance (e.g., product adoption plans; campaign optimization syncs) with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. The gTech Ads Solutions team partners with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to provide product and data driven expertise to empower our largest and most sophisticated customers meet their advertising goals. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner with the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. The team enjoys a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms and are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to priority Google Ads clients by understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions can address their business challenges, acting as a collaborative and thought partner, architecting media plans and effectively delivering on technical solutions to accomplish their business goals.
  • Partner effectively and build relationships with external advertisers to unlock business outcomes powered by Google Ads campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth across business life-cycle (support planning and pitching alongside Google Ads sales team, implement and optimize).
  • Advocate new product features on behalf of the customer and assist in the adoption of new products via setup/implementation, upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success using Google Ads Products.
  • Measure, analyze and advocate for the value of Google’s Ad solutions in differentiation to performer offerings.
