About the Opportunity:

Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fulfilment Specialist to join our Sartell, MN team.   You will pick orders and shipments according to company procedures.  This is a second shift position and will be able to choose between a 4-day rotating schedule 11:00am – 9:00pm or 5 days Monday – Friday 1:00pm – 9:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Reads/reviews each customer order/job ticket to determine component parts and samples to be pulled and shipping instructions
• Picks and retrieves product from shelving in warehouse to fulfill customer order or request with the use of voice technology for inventory transactions
• Checks quantity and quality of items to assure completeness of order and verifies with the use of the voice technology system

About You:

• High School Diploma/GED or progress towards completion
• Read and comprehend job orders
• Ability to be trained and operate material handling equipment
• Standing or walking the entire shift; constantly bending, twisting and reaching
• Ability to connect and engage with all-level employees
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
• Propensity to successfully manage priorities and respond to deadlines ahead of schedule
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift changes
