Job Description
Join us in the field of <strong>structures / artifacts</strong>. We conceive, develop, design and manage the construction management of infrastructural projects of all kinds, from the initial idea to its realization. As <strong>Sector Manager / Project Manager 80-100% (f/m/d) – New headquarters in Bellinzona</strong> you will participate in the design of important works such as viaducts, underpasses, retaining walls in favor of transport and/or water/energy supply infrastructure, manage the technical and financial aspects of the project and contacts with the client, support the sector manager and the regional management in personnel management and activity planning, collaborate within the team with designers, young engineers and experienced engineers, and help us create sustainable solutions for future generations.
Must have:
- Academic training in the relevant field of activity (civil engineering)
- Previous work experience of at least approx. 8-10 years in the relevant field of activity (structures)
- Flexibility and initiative
- Competence and ability to communicate openly
- Management skills
- Profitable collaboration with clients and colleagues
- Accuracy and punctuality in the fulfillment of their duties
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Italian, knowledge of German represents a clear advantage.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of German

COMPITI
- partecipa alla progettazione di importanti opere quali viadotti, sottopassi, muri di sostegno a favore di infrastrutture di trasporto e/o d’approvvigionamento idrico/energetico
- gestisci in prima persona gli aspetti tecnici e finanziari del progetto e i contatti con il Committente
- supporta il responsabile di settore e la direzione regionale nella gestione del personale e nella pianificazione delle attività
- collabora all’interno del team con disegnatori, giovani ingegneri ed ingegneri esperti
- aiutaci a creare soluzioni sostenibili per le generazioni future
- formazione accademica nel rispettivo campo di attività (ingegneria civile)
- esperienza lavorativa pregressa minimo ca. 8-10 anni nel rispettivo campo di attività (strutture)
- flessibilità e spirito di iniziativa
- competenza e capacità di comunicare apertamente
- competenze gestionali
- collaborazione proficua con i clienti e con i colleghi
- precisione e puntualità nell’adempimento dei propri incarichi
- ottima conoscenza orale e scritta della lingua italiana, la conoscenza del tedesco rappresenta un chiaro vantaggio.
